Pangandian Consultancy Services accommodates students who want our firm to be their training ground as part of school requirements of work experience in office settings to complete their respective degrees.
Our OJT program is designed to make students familiar with actual day-to-day office operations through observation and hands on. With their permission, they can join our field works and overtimes. They will be exposed to actual accounting firm operations.
The duration depends on the requirements fixed by the school.
